The training course defines the manager / supervisor's role in the prevention and management of problematic alcohol and other drug use in the workplace.
A detailed Drug Awareness component is included so that participants have a good understanding of the effects of drug and alcohol and the risk this poses in a workplace.
The course is limited to small groups and consists of both theory and interactive scenarios to enhance learning outcomes.
A certificate of attendance is issued on successful completion.
